𝟏. 𝑳𝒆𝒕’𝒔 𝑪𝒉𝒂𝒕 / 𝑪𝒐𝒏𝒄𝒆𝒑𝒕 𝑪𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 ( 𝟐-𝟑 𝐛𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐝𝐚𝐲𝐬 ) - After purchase, you will receive an email requesting reference images and information about your pet. Here you will send us any inspiration images, Pinterest boards, colors, themes, etc. We will then take those answers and draft a few designs for you to review.

𝟐. 𝑹𝒆𝒗𝒊𝒔𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔 / 𝑭𝒊𝒏𝒂𝒍 𝑫𝒆𝒔𝒊𝒈𝒏 ( 𝟐-𝟑 𝐛𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐝𝐚𝐲𝐬 ) - You will receive digital proofs of the designs and can request adjustments up to 3 times (this means 3 total rounds of revisions, if applicable). Once approved and finalized, your designs will be ready for you! Your customized digital files will be available for download in your inbox when completed. Files included are PDF, SVG, or PNG to print at home or at a professional printer (recommended).

-THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT PERMITS NON-COMMERCIAL (PERSONAL) USE. Only client may use provided artwork.

-Not for commercial use. This includes any use by venue, wedding planner, etc. A license may be purchased separately to allow use by parties other than client.

-Depending on printer, color settings, ink and paper used: Colors may vary. Printing with a professional/commercial printer is recommended for the most accurate results.

-Refunds are unavailable for customized work and digital files.

-Revisions may take longer than the projected 2 weeks depending on buyer’s message response time and/or complexity of changes.
